感谢您选购驰通达电子公司生产的安防产品！您将享受本公司完善的售后服务。为了使我们的服务让您更加满意，请留意以下事项：

一.保修条款：

本公司承诺，自购买之日起对属售出的产品如有质量问题均可享受：一年免费保修，终身维护　的权利。（非产品本身质量问题）

二.保修原则：

1) 自购买日起超过一年的；
2) 无产品保修卡和购买凭证的，但能够证明该产品在保修期内的除外；
3) 产品保修卡和购买凭证与产品型号不符或者涂改的；
4) 人为因素造成的损坏，包括非正常工作环境下使用、不按产品使用说明的要求使用、维护、保管而造成破坏的；
5) 非维修者私自拆机、自行维修、改装造成损坏的；
6) 因不可抗力(如火灾、水灾、地震、雷击等)造成的损坏。

三.保修方法：

1. 可以到本公司已授权的维修点进行更换、维修。
2. 如果所在地区暂时没有代理、经销点，或遇特殊情况，在当地无法维修时，请用户将产品直接寄回我公司客户服务部进行更换、维修。
3. 更换或维修时，必须凭保修卡和有效购买凭证。如有遗失，请与本公司客户服务部联系。
4. 保修期内不收取任何维修费用，非保修范围内，仍然提供只收取元器件、配件成本的维修服务。
